Free, community-based support groups hosted at NCCOA — spaces to share stories, learn from one another, and find you're not alone.

Each group includes guest speakers and open conversation with people walking through similar experiences. There's no fee to attend, and no need to RSVP unless specifically noted.
All groups meet at the Janice Ancrum Senior Life Center, 1901 Island Walk Way, Fernandina Beach.
Whether you're caring for a spouse, a parent, or a friend, these five groups meet you where you are. Download a flyer to share, or just come as you are.
