About NCCOA

Nassau County Council on Aging, Inc. is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving older adults and their families in Nassau County since 1974. Throughout these terms, “NCCOA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nassau County Council on Aging, Inc.

Use of the site

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes, including learning about our programs, signing up for services, donating, and applying to volunteer. You agree not to use the site in any way that disrupts its operation, violates the rights of others, or breaks any applicable law.

Program services

Enrollment in NCCOA programs may require eligibility verification, completion of additional paperwork, background screening (for volunteers and some staff), and ongoing compliance with program rules. Some programs have income guidelines or geographic requirements. Final eligibility is determined by NCCOA case managers and program staff.

Donations

Donations to NCCOA are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We process donations through trusted third-party payment services. We will provide a receipt for tax purposes; please retain it for your records.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, logos, photographs, and graphics — is owned by NCCOA or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Advocate Home Healthcare brand, including the Advocate logo, is a division of NCCOA and is subject to the same protections.

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, MyActiveCenter for class registration, Volgistics for volunteer applications, or our donation processor). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operation of those sites.
